Spring fatigue & Co.

The days are getting longer, the sun comes out more frequently (ideally), spring has sprung. However, somehow the energy is not keeping up with these changes for many people. The limbs feel heavy, the body feels weary and weak all the time. Nature is awakening, but all you want to do is go to sleep. A paradox. Spring fatigue... a term which is commonly used. However, do you know what it actually means and what it is caused by?

Inconspicuous Bhutan – or not?

Have you heard about the Kingdom of Bhutan? A small, seemingly inconspicuous country, deep in the Himalayas, sandwiched between two of the World’s most populated countries, China and India. For those who have heard of it, Bhutan often conjures up an image of one big monastery populated with happy monks. However, Bhutan is so much more than that.

The most neglected part in an individual's life is most likely their own health. We may care about our health when we are diseased, but we don’t think about the things that keep our bodies and minds happy and healthy. Why?
